We are currently seeking! an HVAC Mechanic to perform general maintenance on all facets of facility equipment and infrastructure.

HVAC MECHANIC - Cleveland, OH

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain service documentation.
• Communicate with customers, management, colleagues, Planners/Schedulers and Operations Managers regarding issues, project completion timelines and workload priorities.
• Perform all facility equipment repairs.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe condition.
• Act as a resource for all partners in equipment and service maintenance.
• Candidate must be willing to work in a multi-skilled team environment.
• Flexibility to flow with the work will be required to accomplish all daily operations and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Trade school training and HVAC Certification or 5 years of field experience and HVAC Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years field experience.
• Person must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Person must be self-motivated who can work independently or in a team environment.
• Must have a valid US driver license.
• May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Good general computer skills.
• Knowledge of email, Internet, and Microsoft Word are a plus for this position.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.
